Ryan Keiffer, President, is the co-owner of A-Train Marketing Communications, which provides marketing strategy, messaging, design, and web services to companies and non-profits that share A-Train’s commitment to driving the greater good. Ryan’s dedication to the community extends to his membership on several other boards and committees, including the Governor-appointed Colorado Workforce Development Council and the UniverCity Connections Coordinating Committee. Ryan also served as Executive Director of Beet Street, an arts and culture economic development non-profit, where he led the organization through a strategic transformation process while reducing the organization’s budget by 40% in the first year.

Hep Wilkins, Vice President, is a graduate of the University of Colorado. He began his real estate career in Fort Collins in 1973. He has been a member of the Fort Collins Board of Realtors since then, has served two terms as a director and has served on a number of committees. He also spent four years as a mortgage banker. Hep has received a Certified Residential Specialist designation through the National Association of Realtors.

Gavin Kaszynski, Secretary/Treasurer, received a B.S. in Finance and an M.B.A. from the University of Houston. After a short time in commercial banking, Gavin spent more than 10 years in finance at one of the world’s largest computer companies. He recently served as Chief Financial Officer at a specialized meat processor located in Northern Colorado. He is currently working in finance for a medical devices company in Boulder.

Michael Bello, Director, is a project manager with The CPI Group, a Denver-based construction management company, and the owner of Larkspur Homes, a small multifamily developer with a focus on design, value, and superior customer service. Michael has a broad understanding of the real estate industry, and with over 30 years of experience, he brings a seasoned and enthusiastic perspective to the low income apartments provided by the Villages Board and its Development Committee. Michael also serves on the Fort Collins Area Chamber of Commerce Local Legislative Affairs Committee, the North Fort Collins Business Association Board, the City’s Zoning Board of Appeals, and the Board of Directors for the Harmony Technology Park Metropolitan District in southeast Fort Collins.

Ann Green, Resident Director, has an educational background in nursing and mental health with a focus on gerontology, and her work has emphasized client services in several industries. Ann’s heartfelt understanding of what our elderly and disabled citizens want and need brings a valuable perspective to the board as it continually looks for ways to build strong, low income apartment communities that support individual well-being. Ann has lived in five states besides Colorado and is particularly impressed with the accessibility of social services in Fort Collins. She feels grateful for the housing assistance she is receiving and for the opportunity to give back by serving on the board.
