Villages Board of Directors
Villages, Ltd., established in 1982 as the Fort Collins Housing Corporation, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation whose purpose is to acquire, develop and preserve affordable housing. Leadership, advocacy and policies governing operations are vested in the Board of Directors, and each board member brings a unique skill set to the team.
Jennifer Wagner, President
Jennifer is a life-long Fort Collins resident who is passionate about housing and has focused her career on the Northern Colorado real estate and finance industries. Jennifer has specialized in residential construction lending for the last 12 years. She has served on several other community and regional boards and organizations.
Mary M. Davis, JD, MEd, Vice-President
Mary is an accomplished attorney and mediator. She has excellent communication and analytical skills with the demonstrated ability to identify key issues and facilitate solutions. Mary has also served as Board Chair on the Housing Catalyst Board. She is also an active community volunteer.
Jake Arnold, Director
Jake is a highly-experienced commercial broker with a depth of industry knowledge. He specializes in providing brokerage services to owners, tenants, and investors. Jake began his real estate career in Sacramento, California, working with a national investment sale and capital markets firm. From there, he went on to work with a regional investment sales and consulting group in Portland where he represented commercial investment property buyers and sellers.
Glenn Good, Ph.D., Director
Glenn has over 35 years of management, teaching, and consulting experience, including employment as an executive officer at a commercial bank, consultant on international development projects across the world, university professor in Oregon, Mexico, and Colorado, and instructional dean at Front Range Community College. From 2009 to 2014, Dr. Good served as the Regional Director for Catholic Charities in Larimer County. He was on of the Board of Directors of CARE Housing from 2010 to 2014, and was the agency’s Interim Executive Director in 2017.
Anne Harding, Director
Anne is a data professional with a background in both the public and private sectors. With extensive experience serving in both professional and community organizations, she is particularly passionate about using data as a tool to promote equity and access in education, housing, and healthcare.
Lizette Mill, Director
Lizette is a retired software developer and technical consultant who has been active in community development since 1996, when she moved into a Fort Collins neighborhood she helped design and develop. Lizette is the treasurer of a small community-owned business and recently completed her second 3-year term as her HOA’s president.
